About Me
Dr.  Benjamin Billingsley is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). He works with individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders.

Dr. Billingsley received his BA in Psychology from Yale University and his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University.  During graduate school he trained at the Rutgers Anxiety Disorders Clinic providing exposure based treatments for anxiety disorders and OCD. He then completed his pre-doctoral internship at Boston VA Medical Center, where he completed rotations in the General Mental Health Clinic, PTSD Clinic, and a yearlong training within Primary Care Behavioral health working with veterans with eating disorders. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship at The Concord Center where he trained in comprehensive DBT.
